對GB/T4802.1-2008《紡織品織物起毛起球性能的測定第1 部分:圓軌跡法》的研究

       織(zhi)物在穿著過程中由(you)于其內部(纖維種類、織(zhi)物結構(gou)、后(hou)整理等)和(he)外(wai)部(摩擦、勾(gou)絲等)原因,容易(yi)產生起(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)的(de)不良(liang)現象,這(zhe)嚴重(zhong)影響了紡(fang)織(zhi)服裝的(de)服用性能和(he)美觀(guan)性能。我國現行的(de)紡(fang)織(zhi)服裝起(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)測(ce)(ce)試(shi)方法(fa)目前有(you)4種:圓(yuan)軌(gui)跡(ji)法(fa)、改型(xing)馬丁代爾(er)法(fa)、起(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)箱法(fa)和(he)隨即翻滾法(fa),對應(ying)方法(fa)標準(zhun)(zhun)分(fen)別為(wei)(wei) GBT4802.1—-2008、GBT4802.2—2008、GB/T4802.3—2008和(he) GBT4802.4——2009。據檢測(ce)(ce)機構(gou)統計,這(zhe)幾(ji)種測(ce)(ce)試(shi)方法(fa)中圓(yuan)軌(gui)跡(ji)起(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)法(fa)使用較為(wei)(wei)頻繁。在所有(you)測(ce)(ce)試(shi)方法(fa)中使用占比80%。在《針(zhen)(zhen)織(zhi)運動服》《針(zhen)(zhen)織(zhi)休閑(xian)服》《單、夾服裝》《男(nan)西服》《針(zhen)(zhen)織(zhi)T恤衫》等產品標準(zhun)(zhun)中起(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)測(ce)(ce)試(shi)標準(zhun)(zhun)均采用圓(yuan)軌(gui)跡(ji)法(fa)。由(you)此(ci)可見,圓(yuan)軌(gui)跡(ji)法(fa)起(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)試(shi)驗標準(zhun)(zhun)的(de)系統、規范和(he)完(wan)整對織(zhi)物起(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)性能評(ping)價的(de)準(zhun)(zhun)確性至關重(zhong)要。本文(wen)對現行 GBT4802.1-2008 圓(yuan)軌(gui)跡(ji)法(fa)起(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)檢測(ce)(ce)標準(zhun)(zhun)中織(zhi)物磨(mo)料、泡沫(mo)塑料墊片(pian)、尼龍刷等試(shi)驗材料存在的(de)問題和(he)不足進行了分(fen)析(xi)和(he)研究(jiu),并提出一(yi)些意(yi)見和(he)建議。
       1、起(qi)毛起(qi)球機理
       在(zai)我們日(ri)常生活中,紡織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)品(pin)經常穿、用(yong)和(he)(he)洗(xi)滌(di).持續遭到外界和(he)(he)本身的摩(mo)擦力和(he)(he)其(qi)他作(zuo)用(yong)力,其(qi)表層的纖(xian)維逐漸(jian)被拉出(chu)而凸出(chu)顯露,在(zai)紡織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)品(pin)表面(mian)呈(cheng)現(xian)很多碎(sui)小絨(rong)毛(mao),這個過程為“起(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)”:在(zai)不(bu)斷(duan)使用(yong)過程中絨(rong)毛(mao)未(wei)能從紡織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)品(pin)表面(mian)隨即(ji)脫離,而彼此(ci)纏繞在(zai)一起(qi)(qi)(qi),形(xing)成(cheng)許(xu)多致(zhi)密的球形(xing)小粒,這個過程為“起(qi)(qi)(qi)球”。圓軌跡(ji)法(fa)試(shi)(shi)驗采用(yong)尼龍刷和(he)(he)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)磨(mo)料(liao)(liao)試(shi)(shi)驗材料(liao)(liao)抑(yi)或(huo)只(zhi)用(yong)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)磨(mo)料(liao)(liao)。按照(zhao)規定方(fang)法(fa)和(he)(he)測試(shi)(shi)參數,使試(shi)(shi)驗樣(yang)品(pin)摩(mo)擦發生起(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)球,再在(zai)評級(ji)箱中定的光源照(zhao)射(she)條件下(xia),對織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)起(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)球情(qing)況做(zuo)視覺描述評級(ji)。作(zuo)為主要試(shi)(shi)驗材料(liao)(liao)的織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)磨(mo)料(liao)(liao),泡沫塑料(liao)(liao)墊片和(he)(he)尼龍刷對織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)起(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)球評定級(ji)數要重大(da)影響(xiang)。
       2、影響因素
       2.1 織(zhi)物磨料
       標準(zhun)中(zhong)(zhong)對織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)料(liao)的(de)規(gui)(gui)定為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei):材質為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)2201全毛華達呢,織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)兩(liang)上(shang)兩(liang)下(xia)右斜紋(wen)線密(mi)(mi)度(du)(du)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)19.6tex×2,捻度(du)(du)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei) Z625-S700,密(mi)(mi)度(du)(du)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei) 445根/10cm×244根/l0cm,單位面積質量為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei) 305g/m2。附錄A中(zhong)(zhong)關于(yu)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)料(liao)織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)更(geng)換規(gui)(gui)定為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei):因(yin)長時間試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)會(hui)對磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)料(liao)織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)造成磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)損,為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)避(bi)免這種(zhong)情況影(ying)響(xiang)試(shi)樣(yang)起(qi)毛起(qi)球(qiu)(qiu)程度(du)(du)的(de)正確判定.作為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)料(liao)織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)2201華達呢應定期進行校驗(yan)(yan),新(xin)(xin)的(de)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)料(liao)織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)經(jing)過(guo)(guo)預(yu)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)后(hou)方可試(shi)驗(yan)(yan):如果(guo)同一織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)采用(yong)新(xin)(xin)舊華達呢磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)料(liao)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)所得起(qi)毛起(qi)球(qiu)(qiu)級(ji)數相差達到半級(ji)以上(shang),則應及時更(geng)換新(xin)(xin)的(de)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)料(liao)織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)。但織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)料(liao)在用(yong)于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)前要經(jing)過(guo)(guo)怎(zen)樣(yang)具(ju)體參(can)數的(de)預(yu)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)才能正式(shi)使用(yong)未(wei)點明:不同類(lei)型織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)起(qi)毛起(qi)球(qiu)(qiu)等級(ji)也(ye)相差很(hen)多,新(xin)(xin)舊華達呢磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)料(liao)級(ji)數相差半級(ji)以上(shang),具(ju)體以哪種(zhong)標準(zhun)織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)參(can)考、選取哪種(zhong)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)參(can)數,也(ye)未(wei)清晰(xi)規(gui)(gui)定。在JF(紡織(zhi)(zhi))031—2013《織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)起(qi)毛起(qi)球(qiu)(qiu)儀(yi)(圓軌跡(ji)法(fa))校準(zhun)規(gui)(gui)范》中(zhong)(zhong)對于(yu)儀(yi)器的(de)校準(zhun)項目(mu)和校準(zhun)方法(fa)中(zhong)(zhong)也(ye)未(wei)提到織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)料(liao)的(de)檢查。這些(xie)漏洞可能會(hui)對實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室起(qi)球(qiu)(qiu)級(ji)數評定準(zhun)確性(xing)產(chan)生影(ying)響(xiang)。
       建議標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)中補(bu)充對磨(mo)料織物(wu)的預磨(mo)參數(shu)規定,如用什么標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)類型織物(wu)在多少壓力條件下預磨(mo)多少次:補(bu)充對更換舊織物(wu)磨(mo)料的起球評價標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)參考織物(wu)的規定,統一標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)物(wu)質和試驗參數(shu)。
       2.2 泡沫塑(su)料墊(dian)片(pian)
       標準中對泡(pao)沫塑料墊片的規定為:墊片直徑(jing)、厚度(du)、單位(wei)面積質量分別約為 105mm、8mm、270g/m2。只(zhi)模(mo)糊規定了各(ge)參數大(da)約值(zhi),未詳細規定其上下允差,這使得各(ge)檢測(ce)機構試驗用泡(pao)沫塑料墊片密(mi)度(du)、硬度(du)、厚度(du)等不統一,從而影響試驗結(jie)果精準性。
       蘇丹霞研究了(le)(le)泡沫塑料(liao)墊(dian)片(pian)的(de)(de)厚度(du)和硬度(du)對織(zhi)(zhi)物起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)球結果的(de)(de)影(ying)響,結果表明同(tong)一(yi)硬度(du)條(tiao)件下,不同(tong)厚度(du)的(de)(de)塑料(liao)墊(dian)片(pian)使得(de)織(zhi)(zhi)物起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)球等(deng)級(ji)(ji)可相差一(yi)級(ji)(ji);同(tong)一(yi)厚度(du)條(tiao)件下,不同(tong)硬度(du)的(de)(de)塑料(liao)墊(dian)片(pian)制得(de)織(zhi)(zhi)物起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)球等(deng)級(ji)(ji)可相差半(ban)級(ji)(ji)。董躍研究了(le)(le)泡沫塑料(liao)墊(dian)片(pian)的(de)(de)表觀密度(du)對織(zhi)(zhi)物起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)球結果的(de)(de)影(ying)響,結果表明不同(tong)表觀密度(du)的(de)(de)塑料(liao)墊(dian)片(pian)對化學短纖混紡織(zhi)(zhi)物起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)球等(deng)級(ji)(ji)產生較大影(ying)響,可使其起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)球等(deng)級(ji)(ji)相差一(yi)級(ji)(ji)。
       由此(ci)可見(jian),泡沫塑料墊(dian)片約(yue)定寬松的(de)參數會(hui)對試驗結果(guo)產生較(jiao)大(da)影響,建(jian)議制定嚴(yan)格的(de)參數設(she)置,詳細規定其(qi)單位面(mian)積質量(liang),厚度(du)的(de)上下允差范圍和硬(ying)度(du)大(da)小。
       2.3 尼(ni)龍刷(shua)
       標(biao)準中(zhong)對(dui)尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)刷(shua)(shua)的(de)規定為(wei):尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)刷(shua)(shua)中(zhong)每孔(kong)(kong)中(zhong)植尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)絲(si)150根,孔(kong)(kong)徑4.5mm,每孔(kong)(kong)間距(ju)7mm,每根尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)絲(si)直徑0.3mm;所用尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)絲(si)的(de)剛(gang)性大(da)小要(yao)均勻一致:尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)刷(shua)(shua)刷(shua)(shua)面要(yao)求平整,在同一水平面上;尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)絲(si)的(de)有(you)效高(gao)度可通過調(diao)節(jie)板上下調(diao)節(jie),從而控制尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)刷(shua)(shua)的(de)起(qi)毛效果。另外附錄A中(zhong)增加(jia)了對(dui)尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)刷(shua)(shua)調(diao)節(jie)的(de)描寫。作為(wei)對(dui)織(zhi)物起(qi)毛起(qi)主要(yao)作用的(de)尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)刷(shua)(shua),標(biao)準中(zhong)對(dui)其的(de)規定太(tai)籠統,如尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)刷(shua)(shua)制備材(cai)料尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)絲(si)的(de)剛(gang)性大(da)小、新尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)刷(shua)(shua)的(de)預磨參數、試驗用尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)刷(shua)(shua)的(de)高(gao)度范圍等(deng),這(zhe)些(xie)因素都對(dui)織(zhi)物起(qi)毛起(qi)球性能產生很大(da)影響(xiang)。
       尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)絲(si)(si)(si)剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)(xing)大(da)小(xiao)(xiao)對織(zhi)物(wu)的(de)起(qi)毛(mao)起(qi)球性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)具有決定性(xing)(xing)(xing)影響(xiang)(xiang)。剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)(xing)較(jiao)大(da)的(de)尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)絲(si)(si)(si)使(shi)得尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)刷對織(zhi)物(wu)產生較(jiao)大(da)作用力,從(cong)而(er)使(shi)織(zhi)物(wu)起(qi)球級(ji)數較(jiao)低:而(er)剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)(xing)較(jiao)小(xiao)(xiao)的(de)尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)絲(si)(si)(si)使(shi)得尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)刷對織(zhi)物(wu)產生較(jiao)小(xiao)(xiao)作用力,從(cong)而(er)使(shi)織(zhi)物(wu)起(qi)球級(ji)數較(jiao)高。標準(zhun)中(zhong)對尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)絲(si)(si)(si)的(de)只提到(dao)尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)絲(si)(si)(si)的(de)剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)(xing)應(ying)均勻(yun)一致,而(er)未詳細規定尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)絲(si)(si)(si)剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)(xing)值大(da)小(xiao)(xiao)。目前市(shi)場上(shang)銷售的(de)圓軌(gui)跡起(qi)毛(mao)起(qi)球試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)儀所配(pei)的(de)尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)刷來(lai)自不同的(de)加工(gong)廠家。全國各實驗(yan)(yan)室所用的(de)設備型號。廠家也不盡相同,尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)刷剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)(xing)值不統(tong)一,這對試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)結(jie)果的(de)精準(zhun)性(xing)(xing)(xing)和一致性(xing)(xing)(xing)造成嚴重(zhong)影響(xiang)(xiang)。
       剛出廠(chang)的新尼(ni)龍(long)刷由(you)于尼(ni)龍(long)絲頭(tou)端形(xing)態不一致,有尖銳端或凹陷(xian)不平端,對織(zhi)物(wu)起(qi)毛起(qi)球效果的正(zheng)確(que)評估會(hui)產生不利影響(xiang),所以正(zheng)式(shi)試驗前應(ying)進行(xing)預(yu)(yu)磨(mo)(mo)。而(er)附錄A中對預(yu)(yu)磨(mo)(mo)的規定(ding)為:新尼(ni)龍(long)刷正(zheng)式(shi)試驗前應(ying)進行(xing)一定(ding)次數(shu)的預(yu)(yu)磨(mo)(mo)并(bing)用(yong)參照(zhao)織(zhi)物(wu)校核(he)。未(wei)詳細(xi)說明新尼(ni)龍(long)刷具體預(yu)(yu)磨(mo)(mo)參數(shu),如預(yu)(yu)磨(mo)(mo)材(cai)料、預(yu)(yu)磨(mo)(mo)載(zai)荷預(yu)(yu)磨(mo)(mo)次數(shu)等。也未(wei)規定(ding)具體用(yong)哪種參照(zhao)織(zhi)物(wu)校核(he),預(yu)(yu)磨(mo)(mo)后參照(zhao)織(zhi)物(wu)起(qi)毛起(qi)球效果達到幾級。
       尼(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)刷試驗有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)高(gao)(gao)度對織(zhi)(zhi)物起(qi)(qi)(qi)毛起(qi)(qi)(qi)球效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)果也產生(sheng)影響。有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)高(gao)(gao)度高(gao)(gao)時,尼(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)絲(si)(si)(si)屈曲程度大,尼(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)絲(si)(si)(si)束(shu)(shu)較(jiao)(jiao)分散,相(xiang)對運(yun)動時尼(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)絲(si)(si)(si)束(shu)(shu)與織(zhi)(zhi)物相(xiang)互(hu)作用(yong)力小(xiao),使得織(zhi)(zhi)物起(qi)(qi)(qi)球級(ji)數(shu)較(jiao)(jiao)高(gao)(gao):有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)高(gao)(gao)度低(di)時,尼(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)絲(si)(si)(si)屈曲程度小(xiao),尼(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)絲(si)(si)(si)束(shu)(shu)較(jiao)(jiao)聚(ju)集(ji),相(xiang)對運(yun)動時尼(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)絲(si)(si)(si)束(shu)(shu)與織(zhi)(zhi)物相(xiang)互(hu)作用(yong)力大,使得織(zhi)(zhi)物起(qi)(qi)(qi)球級(ji)數(shu)較(jiao)(jiao)低(di)。標準中只提(ti)到尼(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)絲(si)(si)(si)高(gao)(gao)度應(ying)一(yi)致,可調節其(qi)有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)高(gao)(gao)度,但有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)高(gao)(gao)度適(shi)宜范圍值未作規(gui)定,這亟須進一(yi)步統一(yi)規(gui)定。
       3、結論(lun)
       為確(que)保(bao)圓軌跡起(qi)毛起(qi)球測試方法(fa)的嚴謹(jin)性和精準性建議修訂(ding) GBT4802.1-2008 標準時增加以下內容
       (1)補充對磨(mo)料(liao)織物(wu)(wu)的預磨(mo)參數(shu)(織物(wu)(wu)種類、預磨(mo)壓力(li)、預磨(mo)次數(shu))規定和對更換(huan)舊織物(wu)(wu)磨(mo)料(liao)的起球評(ping)價標準(zhun)參考織物(wu)(wu)的規定,統一標準(zhun)物(wu)(wu)質和試驗參數(shu)。
       (2)詳細(xi)規定泡沫(mo)塑料墊片單(dan)位面積質量、厚(hou)度的(de)上下(xia)允差(cha)范圍(wei)和(he)硬度大小。
       (3)對(dui)尼(ni)龍(long)(long)刷(shua)的(de)制備材料尼(ni)龍(long)(long)絲剛性值(zhi)統一規定;補充對(dui)新尼(ni)龍(long)(long)刷(shua)預(yu)(yu)磨(mo)(mo)參數(shu)(預(yu)(yu)磨(mo)(mo)材料、預(yu)(yu)磨(mo)(mo)載(zai)荷、預(yu)(yu)磨(mo)(mo)次(ci)數(shu))的(de)規定,明確(que)校核參照織物:對(dui)尼(ni)龍(long)(long)刷(shua)試驗有(you)效高度加(jia)以規定。
