本(ben)文(wen)選用的(de)抗靜電劑(ji)TF-480是聚酯聚醚類聚合物(wu),分(fen)子結(jie)構中(zhong)的(de)對苯二甲酸乙二醇鏈(lian)段與滌綸大分(fen)子結(jie)構相似,在(zai)高溫(wen)下(xia),可(ke)進(jin)入聚酯的(de)微軟化纖(xian)維表面而與聚酯大分(fen)子產(chan)生(sheng)共結(jie)晶,固(gu)著在(zai)滌綸上獲得(de)耐久性:同(tong)時(shi),其分(fen)子結(jie)構中(zhong)含(han)有(you)聚醚鏈(lian)部(bu)分(fen),具有(you)吸濕(shi)性,可(ke)提高織(zhi)物(wu)的(de)含(han)濕(shi)量,增加導電性,加快靜電荷的(de)逸散速度,賦(fu)予(yu)織(zhi)物(wu)一定的(de)抗靜電能(neng)力(li),同(tong)時(shi)使織(zhi)物(wu)具有(you)易去污性能(neng)[11]。本(ben)文(wen)采用該(gai)整(zheng)理劑(ji)對滌綸、錦(jin)綸織(zhi)物(wu)進(jin)行整(zheng)理,優化加工工藝(yi),以提高織(zhi)物(wu)的(de)抗靜電性能(neng)。
1 實(shi)驗部分(fen)
1.1材料與儀器
染色春亞紡(fang)(滌綸)和染色塔絲絨(錦綸)(吳江(jiang)盛虹(hong)印染公司提供),抗(kang)靜電劑TF-480,三聚氰胺, MgCl2,純(chun)堿,洗(xi)衣粉(市售)。
氣壓式軋車,小定型烘干機,YG342織物感應式靜電測試儀,U測色儀,家用洗衣機。
1.2 實驗工藝
1.2.1 工(gong)藝流(liu)程
一(yi)浸一(yi)軋(軋液(ye)率(lv)80%)→預烘(90~95℃×1min)→焙烘→皂(zao)洗→水洗→烘干→抗靜(jing)電織物(wu)。
1.2.2 皂洗條件
洗(xi)衣粉(fen)2 g/L,純堿(jian)2 g/L,40℃,5 min,浴比 1:30,然后在清(qing)水中漂洗(xi)3次。為檢測整理織(zhi)物抗靜(jing)電的耐久性,以上操作(zuo)重(zhong)復20次,烘(hong)干后得(de)到抗靜(jing)電織(zhi)物。
1.2.3 織物抗靜電性測試
溫(wen)度(du)(20±2)℃,相對(dui)濕度(du)(35±2)%,平衡(heng)3h,測(ce)試靜電電壓和半衰期。
1.2.4織物K/S值測(ce)試
采用(yong)D65光源和10°視(shi)場(chang),測試織物K/S值(zhi)。
2結果與討論
2.1 未經(jing)抗靜電劑整理織物的性能
未經抗靜(jing)電劑(ji)整理織(zhi)物(wu)的靜(jing)電性能和K/S值測試結果見表1。

由(you)表1可知,未經整理(li)織(zhi)物的靜電電壓和半衰期都很高,如直接服(fu)用會產生(sheng)嚴重的靜電現(xian)象。水洗后的K/S值低于(yu)水洗前的,主要是(shi)因為織(zhi)物褪色的緣故。
2.2 抗靜電劑TF-480對織物抗靜電整理
采用(yong)單因素法,用(yong)抗靜(jing)電劑(ji)(ji)TF-480分別(bie)對染(ran)色(se)春(chun)亞紡和染(ran)色(se)塔絲絨進行處理(li),測試其(qi)整理(li)效果,優(you)化抗靜(jing)電劑(ji)(ji)質量濃(nong)度(du)、焙烘(hong)溫(wen)度(du)、處理(li)時間和交聯(lian)劑(ji)(ji)用(yong)量。
2.2.1抗(kang)靜電劑(ji)質量濃度對(dui)抗(kang)靜電性能的影響
采用5種不同質量濃度的TF-480對織(zhi)物進行(xing)處理,經浸軋(ya)和180℃×30s整理后進行(xing)測試,結(jie)果見(jian)表2。

由表2可(ke)(ke)知,用(yong)(yong)抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)TF-480處(chu)理的(de)(de)(de)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)效果(guo)相當(dang)(dang)明(ming)顯。當(dang)(dang)用(yong)(yong)質量濃(nong)度為(wei)30~40g/L的(de)(de)(de)抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)處(chu)理滌綸(lun)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)后(hou),靜(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓和(he)半(ban)衰期(qi)最低(di)(di)(di),故質量濃(nong)度選(xuan)擇(ze)30g/L為(wei)宜。對整理前(qian)后(hou)滌綸(lun)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)K/S值(zhi)進(jin)行比(bi)較發(fa)現,不(bu)管(guan)(guan)水洗前(qian)后(hou),整理后(hou)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)K/S值(zhi)均增加。對錦綸(lun)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)而(er)言,用(yong)(yong)質量濃(nong)度為(wei)60g/L的(de)(de)(de)抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)處(chu)理的(de)(de)(de)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)其靜(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓和(he)半(ban)衰期(qi)最低(di)(di)(di),但考(kao)慮到成本問題(ti),經30g/L抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)處(chu)理的(de)(de)(de)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓較低(di)(di)(di),經40g/L抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)處(chu)理的(de)(de)(de)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)半(ban)衰期(qi)較低(di)(di)(di),所以質量濃(nong)度可(ke)(ke)選(xuan)擇(ze)30~40g/L。對整理前(qian)后(hou)錦綸(lun)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)K/S值(zhi)進(jin)行比(bi)較發(fa)現,不(bu)管(guan)(guan)水洗前(qian)后(hou),整理后(hou)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)K/S值(zhi)均降低(di)(di)(di),織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)表觀顏色深(shen)度下降,這可(ke)(ke)能是因為(wei)抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)的(de)(de)(de)加入(ru)影響了(le)染料的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)色。
2.2.2 焙(bei)烘溫度對(dui)織物抗(kang)靜電性能的影(ying)響
根據(ju)2.2.1測試(shi)(shi)情況,選擇抗(kang)靜電(dian)劑質量(liang)濃度為30g/L,焙(bei)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)時(shi)間為30s。測試(shi)(shi)焙(bei)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)溫(wen)(wen)度對(dui)抗(kang)靜電(dian)為30g/L,焙(bei)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)時(shi)間為30s,測試(shi)(shi)焙(bei)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)溫(wen)(wen)度對(dui)抗(kang)靜電(dian)性能的影(ying)響,結果見表(biao)3。
由表(biao)3可知,滌綸織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)經(jing)(jing)150~190 ℃焙烘(hong)后,靜電電壓峰(feng)值和半衰(shuai)期(qi)均很小(xiao),考(kao)慮到焙烘(hong)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)是影響整理(li)效果的(de)(de)一個重要因素(su),溫(wen)(wen)度(du)過低(di),反應速率低(di),交聯反應不(bu)完(wan)全,溫(wen)(wen)度(du)過高,手(shou)感變(bian)差,織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)易受損,因此,焙烘(hong)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)選擇160~170℃為宜。就(jiu)錦綸織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)而言,經(jing)(jing)180℃爐(lu)烘(hong)的(de)(de)織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu),其靜電電壓最低(di),半衰(shuai)期(qi)也較低(di),考(kao)慮到150~190℃圍內半衰(shuai)期(qi)變(bian)化(hua)不(bu)大,所(suo)以焙烘(hong)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)以180℃為宜。

2.2.3焙烘時間對織物抗靜電性能的影響
根據2.2.1、2.2.2小節的測(ce)試(shi)情況,選擇(ze)質量濃度(du)為30g/L的抗靜電劑,滌綸(lun)織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)焙烘(hong)溫(wen)度(du)選擇(ze) 170℃,錦綸(lun)織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)焙烘(hong)溫(wen)度(du)選擇(ze)180℃,測(ce)試(shi)不同焙烘(hong)時間對織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)抗靜電性能的影(ying)響,實驗結果見表(biao)4。

由表(biao)4可知,焙(bei)烘(hong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)對滌綸織(zhi)物(wu)靜電(dian)電(dian)壓和半衰期影(ying)響不大。考(kao)慮(lv)到焙(bei)烘(hong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)過短(duan),可能造成反應(ying)不完全;時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)過長,手(shou)感變粗糙,綜合各(ge)因素選擇30s為宜。就錦(jin)綸織(zhi)物(wu)而言(yan),當焙(bei)烘(hong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)為40s時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),靜電(dian)電(dian)壓和半衰期最(zui)低,所以焙(bei)烘(hong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)以40s為宜。
通過對抗(kang)靜電劑濃(nong)度(du)、焙烘溫度(du)和時間的單因(yin)素實驗,得到整(zheng)理(li)滌綸織(zhi)物較合(he)適的工藝:整(zheng)理(li)劑質量濃(nong)度(du)為(wei)30g/L,170℃×30s;整(zheng)理(li)錦綸織(zhi)物較合(he)適的工藝:整(zheng)理(li)劑質量濃(nong)度(du)為(wei)30~40g/L,180℃×40s。
2.2.4 交聯劑質(zhi)量濃度對織物抗靜(jing)電性能的影(ying)響
以三聚(ju)氰胺為(wei)交(jiao)聯(lian)劑(ji)、MgCl2為(wei)催化劑(ji),測(ce)試其(qi)對織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)抗靜電性能的影響,實驗條件為(wei):抗靜電劑(ji)質(zhi)量濃度30g/L,滌綸織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)170℃×30s,錦(jin)綸織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu) 180℃×30 s,結果見(jian)表5。

由表5可(ke)知,對滌綸(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)織物(wu)來說(shuo),加(jia)入交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)聯劑(ji)對降低靜(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)電(dian)壓(ya)峰值(zhi)和半(ban)衰(shuai)期作用(yong)不大(da),因(yin)此,整(zheng)理滌綸(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)織物(wu)時(shi)可(ke)不用(yong)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)聯劑(ji)。原因(yin)可(ke)能(neng)是抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)劑(ji)TF-480能(neng)與(yu)滌綸(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)分子結合,交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)聯劑(ji)的加(jia)入不起作用(yong)。而對錦(jin)綸(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)織物(wu)而言,當交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)聯劑(ji)質量濃度(du)為6sL時(shi),能(neng)降低靜(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)電(dian)壓(ya)峰值(zhi)和半(ban)衰(shuai)期,抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)性(xing)(xing)最好,這(zhe)可(ke)能(neng)是因(yin)為抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)劑(ji)TF-480通(tong)過交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)聯劑(ji)與(yu)錦(jin)綸(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)發生結合,提高(gao)了抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)劑(ji)在(zai)錦(jin)綸(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)上的牢(lao)度(du),從而可(ke)增加(jia)其耐久性(xing)(xing)。
3 結(jie)論(lun)
1)抗(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)劑(ji)(ji)TF-480對滌綸和錦綸織物(wu)均有(you)較好(hao)的(de)抗(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)效果,且(qie)耐(nai)久性(xing)良好(hao)。滌綸織物(wu)的(de)整理(li)工藝:整理(li)劑(ji)(ji)質(zhi)量(liang)濃度(du)(du)為30g/L,170℃×30s;錦綸織物(wu)的(de)整理(li)工藝:整理(li)劑(ji)(ji)質(zhi)量(liang)濃度(du)(du)為30~40g/L,交(jiao)聯劑(ji)(ji)質(zhi)量(liang)濃度(du)(du)為6 g/L,180℃×40s。
2)從分子(zi)結(jie)構分析(xi),由(you)于抗(kang)(kang)(kang)靜電劑(ji)(ji)TF-480和(he)滌綸(lun)分子(zi)的結(jie)構相似,故該抗(kang)(kang)(kang)靜電劑(ji)(ji)能與滌綸(lun)分子(zi)較好結(jie)合,在整理(li)中可不(bu)加交聯劑(ji)(ji):而(er)錦綸(lun)為(wei)聚酰胺高分子(zi)化合物(wu),與抗(kang)(kang)(kang)靜電劑(ji)(ji)TF-480結(jie)構有差異,抗(kang)(kang)(kang)靜電劑(ji)(ji)與錦綸(lun)纖維的結(jie)合力不(bu)強,為(wei)增加抗(kang)(kang)(kang)靜電劑(ji)(ji)牢度,提高抗(kang)(kang)(kang)靜電的耐久性,可加入交聯劑(ji)(ji)三聚氰胺,并以MgCl2為(wei)催化劑(ji)(ji)。
