本文(wen)選用的(de)(de)抗靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)劑TF-480是聚酯(zhi)聚醚類聚合物(wu)(wu),分(fen)(fen)子結(jie)構中的(de)(de)對(dui)苯二甲(jia)酸(suan)乙二醇鏈段與(yu)滌綸大分(fen)(fen)子結(jie)構相似,在(zai)高溫下,可進入聚酯(zhi)的(de)(de)微軟化纖維表面而與(yu)聚酯(zhi)大分(fen)(fen)子產(chan)生(sheng)共結(jie)晶,固著在(zai)滌綸上獲得耐久性:同(tong)時,其分(fen)(fen)子結(jie)構中含(han)有(you)(you)聚醚鏈部分(fen)(fen),具(ju)有(you)(you)吸濕性,可提高織物(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)含(han)濕量,增加(jia)導電(dian)(dian)(dian)性,加(jia)快靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷的(de)(de)逸散(san)速度,賦予織物(wu)(wu)一定(ding)的(de)(de)抗靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)力,同(tong)時使織物(wu)(wu)具(ju)有(you)(you)易去污性能(neng)[11]。本文(wen)采用該(gai)整(zheng)理劑對(dui)滌綸、錦綸織物(wu)(wu)進行(xing)整(zheng)理,優化加(jia)工(gong)工(gong)藝,以提高織物(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)抗靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)性能(neng)。
1 實驗部分
1.1材料與儀器
染色春亞紡(滌綸)和(he)染色塔絲絨(錦綸)(吳江盛虹印染公司提供(gong)),抗靜電劑TF-480,三聚氰胺, MgCl2,純堿,洗衣粉(市(shi)售)。
氣壓式軋車,小定型烘干機,YG342織物感應式靜電測試儀,U測色(se)儀,家用洗衣機(ji)。
1.2 實驗工藝
1.2.1 工藝流(liu)程
一浸一軋(軋液(ye)率80%)→預烘(hong)(90~95℃×1min)→焙烘(hong)→皂洗(xi)→水洗(xi)→烘(hong)干→抗靜電織物(wu)。
1.2.2 皂洗條件
洗衣粉2 g/L,純堿(jian)2 g/L,40℃,5 min,浴比(bi) 1:30,然后在清水中漂洗3次。為檢測(ce)整理織物抗靜(jing)電的耐久性,以上操作(zuo)重(zhong)復20次,烘干后得(de)到抗靜(jing)電織物。
1.2.3 織物抗靜電性測試
溫度(20±2)℃,相對濕度(35±2)%,平衡3h,測試靜電電壓和半衰期(qi)。
1.2.4織物(wu)K/S值測試
采用D65光源和10°視(shi)場(chang),測試(shi)織物K/S值(zhi)。
2結果與討論
2.1 未經抗靜電(dian)劑整理織(zhi)物的性能
未經抗(kang)靜電劑整理織物的靜電性能和K/S值測試結果(guo)見表(biao)1。

由表1可知,未經整(zheng)理織物(wu)的(de)靜電電壓和半衰期都很高(gao),如直接服用(yong)會產生(sheng)嚴重(zhong)的(de)靜電現象(xiang)。水洗(xi)后的(de)K/S值低于(yu)水洗(xi)前的(de),主(zhu)要是因為織物(wu)褪色的(de)緣故。
2.2 抗靜(jing)電(dian)劑TF-480對織(zhi)物抗靜(jing)電(dian)整理(li)
采用單因素法,用抗靜(jing)電劑TF-480分別(bie)對染(ran)色(se)春亞紡(fang)和染(ran)色(se)塔絲絨進行處理,測試其整理效果,優化抗靜(jing)電劑質(zhi)量濃度、焙(bei)烘溫度、處理時間和交(jiao)聯劑用量。
2.2.1抗(kang)靜電劑質量濃(nong)度對抗(kang)靜電性能(neng)的影響
采用5種不(bu)同(tong)質量濃度的TF-480對織物(wu)進行(xing)處理,經浸軋和180℃×30s整理后進行(xing)測試,結果見表2。

由表2可知,用(yong)抗(kang)(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)劑TF-480處(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)抗(kang)(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)效果相當明顯。當用(yong)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)濃(nong)度(du)為(wei)30~40g/L的(de)(de)(de)(de)抗(kang)(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)劑處(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)滌(di)(di)綸織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)后,靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓和半衰(shuai)期(qi)最低(di),故(gu)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)濃(nong)度(du)選擇30g/L為(wei)宜。對整(zheng)理(li)(li)前(qian)(qian)后滌(di)(di)綸織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)K/S值進(jin)行比較發(fa)現,不(bu)管(guan)水(shui)洗前(qian)(qian)后,整(zheng)理(li)(li)后織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)K/S值均(jun)增(zeng)加。對錦綸織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)而言,用(yong)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)濃(nong)度(du)為(wei)60g/L的(de)(de)(de)(de)抗(kang)(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)劑處(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)其(qi)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓和半衰(shuai)期(qi)最低(di),但考慮到成(cheng)本問題,經(jing)30g/L抗(kang)(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)劑處(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓較低(di),經(jing)40g/L抗(kang)(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)劑處(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)半衰(shuai)期(qi)較低(di),所以質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)濃(nong)度(du)可選擇30~40g/L。對整(zheng)理(li)(li)前(qian)(qian)后錦綸織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)K/S值進(jin)行比較發(fa)現,不(bu)管(guan)水(shui)洗前(qian)(qian)后,整(zheng)理(li)(li)后織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)K/S值均(jun)降低(di),織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)表觀顏色深度(du)下(xia)降,這(zhe)可能是(shi)因為(wei)抗(kang)(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)劑的(de)(de)(de)(de)加入影響了染(ran)料的(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)色。
2.2.2 焙烘溫(wen)度對(dui)織物(wu)抗靜電性能的影響
根據2.2.1測試情況(kuang),選擇抗靜(jing)(jing)電劑質量濃度(du)為(wei)30g/L,焙(bei)烘時間為(wei)30s。測試焙(bei)烘溫(wen)度(du)對抗靜(jing)(jing)電為(wei)30g/L,焙(bei)烘時間為(wei)30s,測試焙(bei)烘溫(wen)度(du)對抗靜(jing)(jing)電性(xing)能的(de)影響,結果見表(biao)3。
由表3可知,滌綸織(zhi)物(wu)經(jing)150~190 ℃焙(bei)(bei)烘(hong)后,靜電(dian)電(dian)壓(ya)峰值(zhi)和半衰(shuai)期均很小,考慮到(dao)焙(bei)(bei)烘(hong)溫度是影響整(zheng)理(li)效果的(de)一個重要因素,溫度過低,反(fan)應(ying)速率低,交聯反(fan)應(ying)不(bu)完全(quan),溫度過高,手感變差,織(zhi)物(wu)易受損,因此,焙(bei)(bei)烘(hong)溫度選擇160~170℃為宜(yi)。就(jiu)錦綸織(zhi)物(wu)而言,經(jing)180℃爐烘(hong)的(de)織(zhi)物(wu),其靜電(dian)電(dian)壓(ya)最低,半衰(shuai)期也較低,考慮到(dao)150~190℃圍內半衰(shuai)期變化不(bu)大,所以焙(bei)(bei)烘(hong)溫度以180℃為宜(yi)。

2.2.3焙烘時間(jian)對織物抗靜電(dian)性能(neng)的影響
根據2.2.1、2.2.2小(xiao)節的測(ce)試(shi)情況,選(xuan)擇質(zhi)量濃度為30g/L的抗靜電劑,滌(di)綸織物焙(bei)烘(hong)溫(wen)度選(xuan)擇 170℃,錦綸織物焙(bei)烘(hong)溫(wen)度選(xuan)擇180℃,測(ce)試(shi)不同焙(bei)烘(hong)時間對織物抗靜電性能的影響,實驗(yan)結果見表4。

由表4可(ke)知(zhi),焙(bei)烘(hong)(hong)時(shi)間(jian)對滌綸織物(wu)靜電(dian)電(dian)壓和半(ban)衰期(qi)影(ying)響不(bu)大。考慮(lv)到焙(bei)烘(hong)(hong)時(shi)間(jian)過短,可(ke)能造成反應不(bu)完全;時(shi)間(jian)過長,手感(gan)變粗糙,綜合各因素選擇30s為(wei)宜。就錦綸織物(wu)而言,當(dang)焙(bei)烘(hong)(hong)時(shi)間(jian)為(wei)40s時(shi),靜電(dian)電(dian)壓和半(ban)衰期(qi)最低,所(suo)以焙(bei)烘(hong)(hong)時(shi)間(jian)以40s為(wei)宜。
通過(guo)對抗靜(jing)電劑(ji)(ji)濃(nong)(nong)度、焙烘溫度和(he)時間的單因素實驗,得(de)到整(zheng)理滌綸織物較(jiao)合適(shi)的工藝:整(zheng)理劑(ji)(ji)質量(liang)濃(nong)(nong)度為(wei)30g/L,170℃×30s;整(zheng)理錦綸織物較(jiao)合適(shi)的工藝:整(zheng)理劑(ji)(ji)質量(liang)濃(nong)(nong)度為(wei)30~40g/L,180℃×40s。
2.2.4 交聯劑質(zhi)量濃(nong)度對(dui)織物抗靜(jing)電性(xing)能的影響
以三聚氰胺為交聯劑(ji)、MgCl2為催(cui)化(hua)劑(ji),測試(shi)其(qi)對織物(wu)抗靜(jing)電(dian)性能的(de)影響,實驗條件(jian)為:抗靜(jing)電(dian)劑(ji)質量濃(nong)度30g/L,滌綸織物(wu)170℃×30s,錦(jin)綸織物(wu) 180℃×30 s,結(jie)果見表5。

由表5可知,對滌(di)綸(lun)織物來(lai)說,加入交(jiao)(jiao)聯劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)對降低靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)峰值和半(ban)衰(shuai)期(qi)作用不大(da),因此,整(zheng)理滌(di)綸(lun)織物時可不用交(jiao)(jiao)聯劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)。原因可能(neng)(neng)是(shi)抗(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)TF-480能(neng)(neng)與滌(di)綸(lun)分子結合,交(jiao)(jiao)聯劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的加入不起作用。而(er)對錦(jin)(jin)綸(lun)織物而(er)言,當交(jiao)(jiao)聯劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)質(zhi)量濃度為(wei)6sL時,能(neng)(neng)降低靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)峰值和半(ban)衰(shuai)期(qi),抗(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)性最好(hao),這可能(neng)(neng)是(shi)因為(wei)抗(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)TF-480通過交(jiao)(jiao)聯劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)與錦(jin)(jin)綸(lun)發生結合,提高(gao)了抗(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)在錦(jin)(jin)綸(lun)上的牢度,從而(er)可增(zeng)加其耐久性。
3 結論
1)抗(kang)靜電劑(ji)TF-480對滌綸和錦綸織物(wu)(wu)均有較好的(de)抗(kang)靜電效果,且耐久性良(liang)好。滌綸織物(wu)(wu)的(de)整理(li)(li)工(gong)藝:整理(li)(li)劑(ji)質量(liang)濃度(du)為30g/L,170℃×30s;錦綸織物(wu)(wu)的(de)整理(li)(li)工(gong)藝:整理(li)(li)劑(ji)質量(liang)濃度(du)為30~40g/L,交聯(lian)劑(ji)質量(liang)濃度(du)為6 g/L,180℃×40s。
2)從分(fen)子結構分(fen)析,由于抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)電劑TF-480和滌綸分(fen)子的(de)(de)結構相似(si),故(gu)該抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)電劑能與滌綸分(fen)子較好結合(he)(he),在整理中可不(bu)加交(jiao)聯(lian)劑:而錦綸為聚酰胺(an)高分(fen)子化合(he)(he)物,與抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)電劑TF-480結構有(you)差異,抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)電劑與錦綸纖維的(de)(de)結合(he)(he)力(li)不(bu)強,為增(zeng)加抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)電劑牢度,提高抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)電的(de)(de)耐(nai)久性,可加入交(jiao)聯(lian)劑三聚氰胺(an),并以MgCl2為催化劑。
